Recap & Final Thoughts From Always Eat After 7PM
I’ve been following a new eating plan for the last month and I am excited to share my final results and thoughts about the diet.
When researching which diet I wanted to try to help me lose at least 10 pounds, increase my energy and get better about eating healthy on a regular basis, I really liked the three-phase plan from the new Always Eat After 7 PM approach.

Recap & Final Thoughts From Always Eat After 7PM
The diet consists of a 14-day acceleration phase to kick-start the program and achieve fast results, the main phase where you’ll learn exactly which foods to eat when in order to achieve your weight-loss goals, and the lifestyle phase to keep the weight off and increase energy.

Always Eat After 7PM: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
One of the key elements to this diet is the fact you can have a snack after dinner. With so many diets, nighttime can be torturous. Who wants to feel like they are heading to bed hungry?
Enjoying the right type of snacks after dinner not only fills the hunger pangs but also helps burn calories and fat.
This diet actually accelerates fat-burning and allows you to indulge in your most intense food cravings: Eating the majority of your calories at night.
Because of this, I truly really never felt hungry.
I’m not a big breakfast eater, so starting my ‘eating’ a bit later in the day really works for me and follows the intermittent fasting portion of the protocol.
Lunch included a healthy protein, a little fat and fresh vegetables.
Dinner was a good size meal and included a healthy dessert and even a bit of dark chocolate.
After dinner, when I used to find myself ‘cheating’ on my diet, I could look forward to a snack like cherries, nuts, and Greek yogurt.
According to Joel Marion, “the most challenging times to curb hunger are just before bed and in the morning. By following the Always Eat After 7PM program, you have the most willpower to stay on the diet because you are eating during the hours when you are most hungry.
This also puts you into both intermittent fastings increasing testosterone and your metabolism, while putting you into ketosis”.

I learned so many great nutrition tips on this diet as well such as “specific higher-carbohydrate foods (like berries and cherries) support your fat-burning metabolism while you sleep, providing your body with a steady stream of fuel throughout the night. The trick is knowing how to combine them with other evening and pre-bedtime fat-burning foods to fuel your metabolism as you sleep.”
Another one of my favorite tips from Joel is his simple 3-Minute Fat-Burning Morning Rituals. He says, “lemon water is a glass of water mixed with the juice of one half of a lemon. This drink provides all the benefits of regular drinking water, which supports weight loss, digestive health, physical performance, and cognitive function.”
