This diet is helping me achieve my goals because it’s not limiting. You can eat certain foods in moderation. One of the big aspects of this diet is that it doesn’t exclude carbs.

One of my favorite tips from the book, that is so easy to implement is the morning routine.

This drink provides all the benefits of regular drinking water, which supports weight loss, digestive health, physical performance, and cognitive function.”

I’ve always drunk a full glass of water when I wake up, so squeezing some fresh lemon juice into it, has been a really easy transition for me. The idea this simple change can help me lose weight is a bit mind-blowing!

Eat After 7 PM Diet Supports Thyroid Function

Another reason I am very excited about this diet is that I have Hashimoto’s disease (an autoimmune disorder that can cause hypothyroidism or underactive thyroid) and this way of eating supports thyroid function.

I had the opportunity to have a few questions about the benefits of the Always Eat After 7 PM Diet answered by the author, Joel Marion. 

Joel MarionMy Question: Creating a diet must take a lot of research. How long did it take for you to develop the diet?

Joel’s Answer: It actually took several years of researching for me to discover the real science of eating late night. After a few years of tweaking and refining, I finally came up with a rapid fat loss solution that overcomes all the pitfalls of traditional diets.

Who wants to join me and lose weight, lose fat, have improved health, great energy and still be able to snack in the evening?  

My Question: Writing a book is a huge undertaking. What inspired you to write a book about a diet focused on skipping breakfast and eating snacks after 7pm?

Joel’s Answer: After authoring 6 best selling books it was glaringly obvious there were 2 huge misconceptions about dieting that needed to be exposed. The first is that you can’t eat late at night or before bed, which science now shows is NOT true. And second, you can’t eat large portions that satisfy your natural instinct. This book solves both these problems by providing an evidence-based, enjoyable approach to dieting that can be used by any person to quickly achieve their weight loss goals.

My Question: How difficult is the Always Eat After 7 PM plan to follow?

Joel’s Answer: It’s not. And that’s exactly why I wrote the book. While any diet is never truly easy, it can be more enjoyable and much easier to adhere to when you understand how Always Eat After 7pm works because it caters to our bodies natural instincts.
